Dr Jeroen Lynders has been consulting at the centre since 1998 after completing tertiary studies at RMIT in Melbourne. Dr Lynders successively became Board Certified in Chiropractic Neurology (dacnb.org) in January 2004 after completing 2 years of extensive post-graduate training with the Carrick Institute (carrickinstitute.org).

Dr Lynders then has a special interest in the functional integration of the human nervous system and its impact on health and wellness. A healthy nervous system is essential for physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing. A detailed assessment of the brain and nervous system can provide useful information about how you can improve your health.

Nepean Health Group offers a 'Brain-based' model of chiropractic diagnosis and health management. Functional neurology seeks to manage symptoms that have not commonly been associated with conventional chiropractic care, offering new hope for those who have not found relief from other forms of health care.

On-going education and advanced training allows Dr Lynders to assess and provide management plans for complex disorders, which are involving the nervous system. Specific techniques and exercises can be used to enhance brain and nervous system function without drugs or surgery. Dr Lynders utilizes the latest research in neuroscience to provide effective management of many disorders of brain laterality and function; he has a particular interest in Learning Disorders, Autism, ADD/ADHD, Balance disorders and Fall prevention. Dr Lynders is a Fellow of the Australasian Academy of Functional Neurology.
